2. Product Descriptions
a. Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions at the time of posting. While we strive to accurately reproduce colours, variations may occur due to lighting and digital photography. As each item is handmade, slight variations in size, colour and finish are part of the character of the piece and should not be regarded as defects. Measurements are approximate.
b. Handmade Nature of our Products: Each item is individually handmade and no two pieces are identical. Small variations in colour, stitching, wood grain, needle-felted details or finish are part of the unique character of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered faults.
c. Availability: Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, an item may not be available again. While we make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, occasionally a piece may become unavailable before an order is processed. In this situation, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund were applicable.
d. Withdrawal: We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website without prior notification.
3. Product Pricing
a. Price Amendments: We reserve the right to amend product prices without prior notification. All prices are in Euro. When paying by credit card, the deducted amount will be in Euro. For non-Euro debit or credit card payments, exchange rates are determined by the cardholders' banks.
b. Delivery Charges: Product prices displayed on our Website do not include delivery charges.
4. Making a Purchase
By placing an order through our Website, you agree that:

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch your item.

5. Warranties and Responsibilities for Products
a. Faulty Products: If a piece develops a fault, contact us and we will assess whether it can be repaired. If it cannot, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish consumer law, which are not limited by anything in these Terms. Please also refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law.
b. Custom Orders: Custom orders will be discussed and quoted on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges for extra work will be communicated to you before proceeding.
6. Delivery
Currently, we deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. We use An Post for shipping, and occasional delays may occur. If you are outside these areas, please contact us. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

a. Intellectual Property: Our Website's content, including trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property rights.
b. Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, or commercially exploit our content without prior authorisation.
