a. Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions at the time of posting. While we strive to accurately reproduce colours, variations may occur due to lighting and digital photography. Product measurements are as close as possible to actual measurements.

b. Withdrawal: We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website without prior notification.

3. Product Pricing

a. Price Amendments: We reserve the right to amend product prices without prior notification. All prices are in Euro. When paying by credit card, the deducted amount will be in Euro. For non-Euro debit or credit card payments, exchange rates are determined by the cardholders' banks.

b. Delivery Charges: Product prices displayed on our Website do not include delivery charges.

4. Making a Purchase

By placing an order through our Website, you agree that:

• You have read the full item listing before making a purchase.

• You enter into a legally binding contract when you complete the checkout payment process.

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

 

5. Warranties and Responsibilities for Products

a. Warranty Claims: If you have a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us within 14 days of purchase, we will assess if the product can be repaired. If not, you are entitled to a full refund upon returning the product to us.  Please refer to our refund policy.

b. Custom Orders: Custom orders will be discussed and quoted on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges for extra work will be communicated to you before proceeding.

6. Reselling of Products

Products on our Website are for personal use only. Reselling is prohibited, and we reserve the right to cancel or reduce quantities of orders that violate our Terms.

7. Delivery

Currently, we deliver to the Republic of Ireland only, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days for "in stock" items. We use An Post Parcel post for shipping, and occasional delays may occur.  Please refer to our "Shipping and Processing policy".

You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share them with third parties. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
